Specialty Restaurants began when Anjan Chatterjee opened Only Fish in 1992. He realized the dearth of speciality cuisines and saw an opportunity to bring those flavors to the community. His passion, hard work and discipline won him the Most Admired Food Service Personality of the Year Award at Food Forum India 2012.
