Arundhati Balachandran currently serves as the Global Head of Sales and Customer Success at Wati. Before this, she served as the Global Vice President at Chargebee for over five years, where she was instrumental in achieving 20x growth through their sales development and customer success teams. As the Global Head of Customer Success, her role was developmental in driving sales to the world from India through product adoption, expansion and retention. Arundhati’s expertise spans the entire lifecycle of GTM, from Revenue Management, and Account Management to CX.
